Of course, you like sunlight. We love being in it, and we love having a lovely tan. The fact is that you can poison yourself with excessive sunlight. Ultra violet rays cause skin cancer, and if that's not bad enough, it triggers your skin to get older faster than it should, adding to unsightly wrinkles. If you must play under the sun, ensure that you are using an adequate sunlight cream.

Make use of a soft, warm towel. Skin does not require scrubbing; you can do more damage than good if you should scrub.
